The skilled therapists at Southshore Physical Therapy have effectively self-regulated our physical therapy practice via participation in a nationwide network of independently owned physical therapy clinics. This network advocates cost effective quality care for services by mandating member clinics to participate in and adhere to the functional outcomes measurements program, strict credentialing (initial and re-credentialing), and ongoing Quality Assurance and Utilization Review programs. Adhering to these high standards and cost effective care allow Southshore to be recognized as a preferred provider on most insurance plans.

Our front office staff is committed to help you determine your coverage for our services. We recognize that you need to choose a healthcare provider based on your coverage by your insurance carrier, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)--although a certain number of our patients choose to pay out-of-pocket even if we are not providers on their insurance plans. Our service is that good!
