Patient Satisfaction

Southshore Physical Therapy administers a 9 question survey that asks our patients how we performed on various aspects of their care. The information is then sent to a company, Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes (FOTO)*, a national database that benchmarks efficiency and quality of therapeutic care, and the data is used to generate a Patient Satisfaction score.

The following table depicts how well Southshore Physical Therapy scored on a patient satisfaction survey (9 questions, covering different aspects of their care) given to all of our patients after their treatment was completed over the last 12 months (and is updated quarterly). The score depicted is Southshore PT's average score in each category.

*FOTO is a national database that benchmarks efficiency and quality of therapeutic care. Therapists who participate in collection and measuring outcomes compare results of their treatment to other therapists around the nation as it relates to patient ability to function in daily activities, goals that are accomplished, and satisfaction with the treating therapist and the facility, which assists YOU (the patient) in saving time and money and in achieving a goal of health and wellness.
